Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you wear! In case of any issues, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges:

Eligibility:
You must raise an exchange or return request within 7 days of delivery, including the day you received the product. -
Size Issues / Wrong Product Received:
If you’ve received the wrong size or product, we’re happy to exchange it for the correct size or item of the same value at no extra cost. We’ll also arrange a free reverse pickup. -
Product of Higher Value:
If you wish to exchange for a product of higher value, the price difference must be paid online before we ship the replacement. -
Condition of Return:
Products must be:-
Unused and unwashed

Properly folded and packed
-
Have the original tag/sticker intact
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for exchange.

Refund Policy
At The Hupstore, we prioritize customer satisfaction and stand by the quality of our products. We offer refunds only in genuine cases of manufacturing defects or damaged products.

Refund Process:

Once your request is verified, the refund will be processed to your original payment method or the bank account you provide.

Refunds typically take 7 to 10 business days to reflect in your account after initiation.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed from our end.
Exceptions:

In exceptional cases — where the correct product is delivered but a return is still requested — a ₹100 deduction will be applied to cover reverse pickup and handling charges.

Important Notes

Color & Design Variations:
Slight variations in color or design may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen settings. Returns/refunds will not be accepted for such minor differences. -
Customer-Caused Damage:
If, upon verification, the product is found to be damaged due to customer mishandling or misuse, we will not be liable for any refund or exchange. -
Damaged Packaging at Delivery:
Please do not accept the package if it appears tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery. -
One-time Exchange Policy:
Only one exchange request will be accepted per order.
